It is recommended to bring all the required quest items with you from the start of the quest along with some food and the following teleports if possible: Varrock, Camelot, Ardougne, Falador, Edgeville (Amulet of glory), Al Kharid (Ring of dueling).

He tells you about the Ring of the Wise King, and asks you to speak to the Arunafeltz Linguist on the second floor of the Alliance Headquarters.
Unpowered symbols are made using a ball of wool with an unstrung emblem. A player with a Prayer level of 50 or higher can bless an unpowered symbol themselves by using a completed Zamorak's Book of Chaos or Guthix's Book of Balance at the expense of four prayer points.
