9 paź 2024 · Hello, I have a mole/gopher customer that has asked me to try and trap an armadillo that’s tearing up their yard. Most of the damage is in an area in the middle of front yard. I thought maybe I could use boards set in a (y) shape to funnel him into a live trap.
I have found that armadillo trapping bait does no good. I focus on the burrow or fence slides, which ever is available. Doing exit trapping that covers the trap under it is known clear, then doing entry trapping by shoving a trap into the burrow has yielded a ton of captures.
