If the customer breaks their call, for any reason, and they can supply the broken part, the call is fixed for no charge other than the return shipping cost. If a customer loses a part due to negligence, we replace the part for half the cost of the call’s retail value.
Our calls do need to be service regularly, and some customers do this themselves, but quite a few prefer that we do it for them. 11 mar 2008 · Great customer service by RnT calls! Before last duck season I bought an RnT DaisyCutter duck call. I only got to use it on 3 or 4 hunts when it broke. After each hunt I open up my calls to dry.
