I was lured to the competitive price of Quillbot and after less than a month of using it, I asked for a pro-rated refund of my Premium account. The Chrome plugin has lots of bugs and the paraphraser is inferior to Grammarly.

Scam. And horrible customer service. I paid for premium but it mysteriously disappeared. When I contacted them to fix the problem (I had receipts) they kept asking me on repeat, “what is the problem? Have you tried logging out and back in?” I replied several times, the same answer. I explained the problem very thoroughly, several times.
