If you’re enrolled with Zelle ®: In addition to receiving an email or text from Bank of America alerting you that you’ve received money, you can view incoming and outgoing Zelle ® payments in your Zelle ® Activity.
If you received a suspicious phone message and provided personal or financial information, contact us immediately at 800-432-1000. You can also forward any suspicious text message to your cell phone provider at 7726 (“SPAM”) and follow their instructions.
