Quests are in-game opportunities to obtain gil, items, skill points, and pets offered by certain NPCs. Quests giving players gil was implemented in V0.1.6. Rewards will also double when your clan is in power. Mythora and Corbyn are the only NPCs that give out pets.
The Forge or Blacksmith is home to the NPC Argoras. You can do quests for Argoras to get skill points to aid in hunting demons. Objects found in the forge are: Stone Keystone; Large Axe; Sword; Inkwell; Rhubarb's Store
Most demons are hostile to the player and will attempt to attack them, but players are also capable of fighting back against them. Killing demons is a good way to earn Gil, exclusive items, and skill points via Argoras' quests.

Questing is the primary way to gain GIL in the game. There are numerous NPCs in the world that need your help! You can speak to them to pick up different quests.
