If everything was setup correctly you should see SteamVR setup and you can start configuring and playing your games. i have found that steamvr games need to be run in vr mode at least once before it ill sho up in the rift libary.

30 mar 2021 · Connect Link cable to Quest 2 headset; Enable Link when prompted on the headset; Run SteamVR from the Library menu on the head-set. The result is that Steam VR loads on the PC and starts running but reports that it cannot detect the headset or controllers.
SteamVR stuck loading on oculus quest 2 link. Whenever I plug my headset into my PC and do the normal stuff, oculus hub works just fine and doesn't seem to have any problems. But whenever I launch SteamVR it will start loading on the headset like usual.
