This installer allows you to download the emulator together with Plants vs Zombies 2, adapting the controls for keyboard and mouse so you can play it on Windows. You don't need any special knowledge since the tool will automatically install everything you need to play itself.
How do I download it? As ECLISE is a mod, it is only available on Android. However, it can also be played right on your computer via an Android emulator, like Bluestacks! Just follow exactly like the instructions from the video below, from the start all the way to the end!
You can download the Bluestacks android emulator to play it there. As for the mods, I personally play pvz2 reflourished since it's basically vanilla pvz2 with some rebalanced plants and new levels.
