IDK try doing like 5 fallen matches and see what happens. Although pursuit was heavily nerfed in a stealth update when umbra was still in the game, aka it's explosions now do 5 damage instead of 50 and on earlier levels it now does 3 instead of 30 .

Make it have a inf range like the top helicopter path in bloons td 6 and decrease the cost of it by 10%
If you really want to use something like turret or pursuit for lategame then you're gonna have to sacrifice a support tower or one of your dps towers. The good thing about them is that most of them are quite affordable for those who don't have golden/hardcore towers.
