After reaching exalted with Netherwing on a character and receiving Reins of the Violet Netherwing Drake from the quest Voranaku the Violet Netherwing Drake, you may go back to Shadowmoon Valley and purchase the other five drake mounts from Drake Dealer Hurlunk for 200 gold each.
