Lightning dragons can spawn in Jungle, Savanna, and Badlands biomes. Younger dragons are found on small roosts on the surface (Stages 1-3), whereas older ones (Stage 4 and rarely Stage 5) lurk in caverns beneath the ground. Stages 1-3 often spawning in Jungle biome.
Fire Dragons. Locating. Stage 3 fire dragons spawn in dragon roosts that can be found in most biomes. Stage 4 and 5 dragons, the type that drops eggs, can only be found in large treasure filled caverns deep underground, so some mining is required.
The Fire Dragon is one of the three species of dragon that roams the Overworld. It is most famously known for its deadly fire, immunity to fire/lava and flight abilities, as well as its formidable reputation. Fire dragons have nine natural attacks, all of which can dispatch a player with ease.
A sun beaten toned fire dragon and a midnight shaded ice dragon, possibly with some white flecks for stars. That could also give the purple colored dragon someone was asking for several comments up. But the bronze is already at the yellow end of the spectrum.

I've been working in an RPG style map using Ice and Fire, and one of the boss fights is supposed to be a stage 5 fire dragon in a flying island/cave, but I can't seem to control the stage of the dragon with the /summon command. Is there any way to consistently summon a stage 5 dragon?
