18 kwi 2006 · Top Answer. From what I have seen this pill is supposed to be a 1 mg Alprazolam (the purple/bluish sort of speckled oblong pill with IFA one one side and a score on the other). They are manufactured in Mexico by a company called INVESTIGACION FARMACEUTICA, S.A. DE C.V. and go under the brand name FARMAPRAM.
