Configuration file locations: %APPDATA%\Battlestate GamesBsgLauncher\settings. %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Escape from Tarkov\. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov. Also, when it’s running, ALT+TAB and open task manager and go to Details, right click on the exe and “show folder location”.
Mind you the config file isn't called "config", it's called "local.ini" inside of the documents folder. If that isn't there then reinstalling the game and launcher should fix it.
I just installed it on the new computer and copied over the EFT folder in My Documents with the config files, but that doesn't seem to work anymore to bring over settings and keybinds. Did they move the file somewhere else?

Open Launcher > Settings > Game Directory. Navigate to the game’s directory and make a copy of the Escape From Tarkov folder. Move the copied folder to a location in which you desire to have the game located. Delete the original Escape From Tarkov folder (the one that you made the copy from).
