I've been seeing a lot of posts of people struggling with their first time completion of the punisher questline, so I'm hoping this quick guide (with inclusion of data on my completion of the quests) helps! Quest walkthrough The Punisher - Part 2 in game Escape from Tarkov. To complete the task, you need to go to Reserve and kill 12 Scavs using a silencer.
Open a map of shoreline with the spawn points on your 2nd monitor. Find out where you are, find a nearby player spawn, run towards it. Shoot whoever you see. Repeat this process with inexpensive loadouts until your quest is complete. AK-74 with a PSO Scope plus 1 or 2 mags of BS ammo should due just fine even against geared players.
