12 wrz 2024 · Denpasar – Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Provinsi Bali mencatat sejak tahun 1987 hingga tahun 2024 terjadi peningkatan kasus HIV-AIDS. Setiap tahun diperkirakan meningkat 100-200 kasus. Hingga 2024, tercatat 30 ribu kasus.

Provinsi dengan jumlah kasus HIV tertinggi yaitu DKI Jakarta (69.353), Jawa Timur (62.392), Jawa Barat (44.739), Papua (38.315) dan Jawa Tengah (37.631).
