I'm taking a muscle relaxer and bladder spasm medication, doing many stretches daily, and not sitting too long. I've had ultrasound therapy and dry needling with estim which helped some of my symptoms. Another thing that helped a lot was a pudendal nerve hydrodissection which isn't easy to find but was worth traveling for in my case.
