Last month I received a permanent ban on my steam account. I purchased the game in 2017 and have played on and off since then. 600 hours. After reaching out to support, it was determined that malicious software was detected on my PC and the permanent ban is irreversible.

For a known hack, you get a permanent ban. If only they would ban on hardware ID, phone info and credit card info. The number of cheatdiots, even in casual games (against bots), is absurdly high.
