quality-wise UMD videos are basically DVDs although I don't know why you'd want to literally convert them to DVDs.

The UMD Movies have special things about them that aren't available as a simple .mp4 file on your PSP. You can have subtitles, different angles, change audio tracks, have a movie menu and much more! Now you may be saying that DVDs and Blu-Rays have the exact same features plus more stuff, and you're right.
From basic search results, I can find some UMD Video dumps, but not for the movie I got (Batman the Movie from 1966). I know some people will just reply with "download an mp4 and convert it to UMD ISO format," but I want the special features/extras the original UMD came with.
