Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

Roughly two months after ACER's release, Another Century's Episode Portable was announced for the PSP. It combines series from the last four games with three new entries and gameplay closer to that of the PS2 games than ACER.

There's actually a way you can convert psp ctf themes from older firmwares and use it on your updated software. I have the converter and run 6.61 pro b c firmware and you can convert almost any older theme and make it compatible with the current software.
