PSP Themes. Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

It’s fairly easy to do but time consuming, and you need a decent image editing software. The official tool creates stationary .ptf themes only, if you want dynamic .ctf themes it’s more effort
2)To create your own theme you need to download the official sony PSP theme creator, it's not so hard to find. For the central icons they must be 64x48 or 48x48 in PNG 8bit color. For the other icons they must be 48x48, also in PNG 8bit color.
