You should double check and make sure the ISO folder is on the root of the memory stick, not in the PSP folder. So the folder should be in like, G:\ISO, not G:\PSP\ISO

Most Homebrew goes into the PSP/Game Folder on your Memory Stick. If it's a plugin it goes into the seplugins folder at the root of your Memory Stick
No .ISO files show up under memory stick on PSP. just the emulators and infinity and pro-c. Files show up under file folder on computer. Shortened names of files to NCAA2004.iso or GTA VC.iso ect. Downloaded emulators (NesterJ and Daedalusx64) both seem to operate fine.
