Basically if you just drag that 'PSP' folder from within the download onto the ROOT of your memory stick, you should be good. From there, unplug your PSP and go into Games>Memory Stick on the XMB (Cross media browser). You should see an icon to update to 6.60.

Most Homebrew goes into the PSP/Game Folder on your Memory Stick. If it's a plugin it goes into the seplugins folder at the root of your Memory Stick
Copy the AllInstall folder to ms0:/PSP/GAME/, or to the folder you normally put homebrew in. Copy the InstallRoot folder to the root of your memory stick. User guide
6 lut 2024 · If you download the update file from the Sony website, copy it to the PSP by connecting the PSP to your computer. Copy the file into the PSP/GAME/UPDATE/ folder and then run the update file from the PSP. To copy files onto a PSP, you will need to put your PSP into USB mode.
The setup I recommend is to simply create a PSP folder at the root of your storage. Note that this doesn't mean you have to store your ISO/CSO files here, they can be anywhere or in multiple locations - not a problem. Here's a step by step guide for how to create the folder:

While emulating a UMD, the CWD is the root folder inside the EBOOT.PBP, which is umd0:/. In order to set the CWD, PSPDEV provides the function sceIoChdir(). sceIoChdir() takes in a const char* that points to the new path to be the CWD.
