PSP Themes. Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.
CXMB universal is a plugin that allows users to use custom CTF themes, without the risk of flashing. It is a modified/updated version of CXMB, orginally made by Poison. Installation. Copy cxmb folder to your seplugins folder, and add this line to your vsh.txt file (make it the first line) ms0:/seplugins/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1.
This instructable will teach you how to put custom cxmb themes to a psp with cfw 3.90 m33-3. These will make you're old themes unusable so delete it or make a copy.
