Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61.

Thanks a lot mate! I really appreciate it! I've looked a lot for something with basic icons, fast menus and a simple animated background, something easy on the eyes you know? But it's really hard to find CTF themes as far as I've tried. I'm pretty new to this so that might also be a thing i guess.
1) Plug your PSP to your PC and create a folder called SEplugins. 2) Inside the SEplugins folder create a text file and name it "vsh.txt" 3) Using notepad open the file and type the following line (without quotes).. "ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1" 4) Save the file.
