5 gru 2008 · As promised, PSP homebrew developer Dark_AleX has released the 5.00 M33-4 firmware update. Various bug fixes are included and a new shutdown function has been added to the VSH menu. All users of 5.00 M33 series firmware are recommended to apply this update.
The VshMenu, a new addition to the M33 firmwares, allows users to quickly over/underclock their PSPs, change the ISO loader plugin used for backups, change the XMB USB Device (Memstick, Flash0, Flash1, etc), mount video ISOs, and reset the device.
19 paź 2024 · They included printed instructions explaining step-by-step how to use these items to install the included firmware (5.00 M33-6). This has worked fine for me for playing most PS1 games and some fan-translated ISOs, but there are a lot of ISOs and Eboots that just don't work with it.
11 paź 2022 · 5.00 m33 Instructions: Copy UPDATE folder /PSP/GAME/ and run. Put the 5.00 sony update as 500.PBP in same folder, or let the program download it for you using a wifi connection.
9 paź 2024 · Changes in 5.00 M33-6: Fixed a bug that made unbootable psp without memory stick or with a bad one. The included file fat_comparison.html contains a comparison of perfomance between the 5.00 fat driver, the 3.71 one, and the 5.00 one with the speed up hack during the read of an iso.
