Theme Installation. Put the .ptf files to your PSP's theme directory "X:/PSP/THEME/". Some of the files are in .7z/.zip format (Those have extra wallpapers inside). Extract them using any unarchiving program (e.g. 7-Zip, WinRAR, WinZip) of your choice.
PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.
