It depends on what you're planning on using it for. If for cc, the M&P 5.7 is thinner and will do the job s little easier, if it's for the range or for the home then either or will do. I have the M&P 5.7 & love it, but wouldn't complain if all I had was the Rock bc it seems as solid as it's name.

As the title says, PSA just announced their attempt at a Mp7-like PDW, chambered in FN 5.7. No info on release/pricing as of right now AFAIK.
