I've used their live chat, and their "messaging" system through their website, and have called numerous times just to be left on hold for hours. No response to anything, it's been 4+ weeks. Is this normal? Any recommendations on how I can get in contact with them?

The Z-5RS is an MP5 pistol built under license on H&K tooling by MKE in Turkey and imported by Zenith Firearms. It shoots just as smooth as the original.
The dagr is in late stage testing. They promised a price and covid has caused a supply chain issue. They can release it at a higher price than initially promised or delay. Higher price is going to get them bashed more than a covid delay.
