I've had a San Disk 1TB SSD in my Pro since 2018, and it works great. For the Pro just buy the cheapest, high quality, SSD you can afford. No need to spend top dollar on a new super fast SSD, like the Samsung Evos, since the Pro won't be able to take full advantage of its capabilities.
It's totally worth upgrading your ps4 pro with internal SSD. On my Samsung I tb 860 Evo SSD Rdr2 loads game in 50 seconds, on stock PS4 PRO HDD it's 85 seconds....that's over 40 percentage faster loading. All games load significantly faster. SSD'S are also much more reliable and last longer than mechanical HDD.
