if you have CFW (not sure if it works on HEN), there's a homebrew app (PS3 Unlock HDD Space) that can give you back most of that space the PS3 reserves around 10% of the drive incase of errors, that app changes it to 1% (and can undo it as well, assuming you have enough free storage
