Sixaxis works with a Dualshock 4 or Dualsense controller as well, infact those controllers are easier to setup with RPCS3 due to actually having proper drivers from Sony, so I recommend those. Dualsense is really well built and lots of PC games from Sony are coming out with haptic trigger support so its nice to have.
In fact, everyone has a hidden link that allows you to download the file on your computer directly from Sony servers, bypassing the PS3 all together (though, I do think you need it to obtain some personal ID, it’s been a while).
Why is it only rpcs3 though? I tried a game that used to not be available on PC with an i5 2400, 3.1ghz and it barely went past 10 frames on rpcs3. Tried it again but instead on the newly (new back then) released pc version and it ran extremely smooth on the highest settings. (GPU: GTX 1650) I still don't understand why it's only shit on rpcs3.
