I found out last year that a PS4 controller works with a PS3. Does anybody know if a PS4 controller can play PS2 and PS1 games on a backwards compatible PS3? I've had mixed answers for this on Google. And lastly, is a brand new PS3 controller still worth it?
Overall I prefer the PS4 controller. It's much more comfortable to hold and I prefer the experience. It's not perfect, and I still find a couple features pointless for now, but I prefer it over any other controller on the market.
The PS4 controller looks to be a great improvements, they didn't disregard their design (i think i would still be comfortable) but tweeked it allowing for people with larger hands to use it. This was a great move as Sony is now able to please both groups.
