You can upgrade the Xbox ram by filling the empty slots of a v1.0-1.4 with more ram chips... It also runs better because the emulators and other homebrew apps that a modded Xbox runs can make use of the extra ram.
19 sie 2008 · The 60GB and 40GB versions have been retired, and (in the UK, at least) we're left with a console with 80GB storage, less USB ports, no memory card slots at all and no backwards compatibility.
6 maj 2009 · Just received my used PS3. It was supposed to be 80gb version. But when I check the hard drove space on the PS3 it says 130 GB / 149 GB. What gives? Did I luck out and get a bigger drive or does the PS3 read space wrong?
One advantage the 80gb has is it has a better smoothing filter than the 60gb. I have the 80gb model. I've had it since the mgs4 bundle was released, and it works flawlessly till this day. I've heard many horror stories with the 60gb model.
