I've been considering using the Music Unlimited service on the PS3, particularly due to the ability to stream music while playing games on the PS4. However, information about the service outside of promotional material is kinda scarce, so I was hoping some people here could answer a few questions:
No need to convert anything. Just install, point at the folders you want to share and tadaahh! It will convert anything on-the-fly if the format isn't supported by the PS4. Upsides: You can play anything from your computer, no need to get up and add more episodes to your USB drive.
Some music files distributed over the Internet have playback restrictions. For details, contact the content provider. To play ATRAC format files, you must go to (Settings) > (System Settings) and set [Enable ATRAC].
Press the PS button to return to the home screen. You can then start a game or other application while continuing to listen to music in the background. To pause playback, adjust the volume, or change other settings, press and hold the PS button and select Media Player from the quick menu.
4 lut 2018 · If you enabled the "ingame background music" in the backup already... the easyest way you have to fix it now is to uninstall the "gamedata" installation and allow the game to make the "gamedata" installation again

Using a computer, create a “Music” folder in the root directory of the USB drive, and then place your audio files in the “Music” folder. Connect the USB drive to your PS4 console. Select Library in the content area. Select USB Music Player in the content area. Select the music you want to play.
