19 paź 2022 · Then I moved them to my PS3 games folder and tried to "Add games" from this folder, but this .iso is not visible to RPCS3, so the game is not added to list. Then I mounted the .iso with Daemon Tools and copied the contents of .iso to same folder.

24 lis 2023 · It looks like PKG is a Mac OS X file. I think I might be able to extract them on Windows, but so far can't view the archive contents. The only games I've tested have been <4gb so far, but I have a spare usb drive I can convert to NTFS, or it looks like multi-man rejoins the files after you transfer them to the special ps3 file-system.
27 mar 2024 · ISOs are just Digital copies of a disk and you mount them on the PS3 from Webman or MultiMan, while PKGs you install onto the console which is the main reason why I prefer ISOs, I can just connect an external SSD with all the ISO files and launch the games from there instead of using precious PS3 HDD space

So first, I followed various guides on how to play the ISO: 1) moving the ISO in /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO folder and mounting it through webMOD. 2) encrypting the ISO file to the PKG file using the PS2classicsGUI program. 3) using the PS2 Classic Placeholder.
5 lip 2022 · Method 2: Copying your digital PS3 games bought from PS Store 1. Go all the way to the left corner of multiman XMB and select filemanager 2. Use your right analog stick to move the cursor, hit X twice on the PS3 root directory listed in filemanager 3. Navigate to dev_hdd0/game and determine which folder is your digital game.
2 sty 2022 · I'm running a PS3 slim with Evilnat 4.88.2 Cobra (8.3), Multiman 4.85 and latest Webman Mod. If I import a JB folder game, I can see it under games no issues. But if I import an ISO file, Webman Mod sees it but Multiman does not. I checked and the file path seems to be right (/dev_hdd0/PS3ISO).
20 paź 2024 · Maybe I'm just not the right one to help you and I apologize, but I still don't know if you're on 4.82 official firmware or 4.82 custom firmware. I have a PS3 Slim that was downgraded to 3.55 and I'm on 4.82 custom firmware. I can do pretty much everything like play PS3, PS2, PS1 games, with cobra and multiman.
