How To Boot Games Off USB (External Hard Drive) With PS2/PSTwo Using SwapMagic. (1) Plug your USB device into your PC and make sure it's formatted to FAT32. (2) Make a folder on it called (and yes, it is case sensitive) SWAPMAGIC. (3) Download uLaunchELF v4.41. (4) Unzip uLaunchELF, copy BOOT.ELF file to SWAPMAGIC folder.
