So some information to start, I had recently had my Z Fold 2 stolen, and have been attempting to get it replaced through the 360 Protection service I pay an extra $25 monthly for. The deductible for the device I am claiming is $500 for a replacement (pending equipment availability).
Called Assurant protection 360 again to clear it up and try to find a certified repair center near me and just get the screen replaced. I called twice both times for 20-40 minutes speaking to claim specialist.
I broke the back of my phone a month after getting it. $100 deductible, but I got a new one. The math probably doesn't work out, but peace of mind is worth it to me. My protection 360 is $18 a month but the user does usually crack screen but has free apple care.
