My ongoing experience with 360 Protection services. Rant. I am making this post to provide some insight on the insurance T mobile offers through Assurant, and what happens when you make a replacement claim for a device they do not have in stock.
I broke the back of my phone a month after getting it. $100 deductible, but I got a new one. The math probably doesn't work out, but peace of mind is worth it to me. My protection 360 is $18 a month but the user does usually crack screen but has free apple care.
Called Assurant protection 360 again to clear it up and try to find a certified repair center near me and just get the screen replaced. I called twice both times for 20-40 minutes speaking to claim specialist.

Once the Apple Care term is over, your coverage is over. You do have the option to discuss the P360 over chat in the app or website or by messaging us on Facebook or Twitter.
