All students are advised to log in to Masomo portal using their Registration Number as the username and national ID number/birth certificate number as the password.
Students Login. Registered Students. Student ID / Reg. Number: Type your Student ID / Reg. Number. The year of registration must be in full eg ../2010. Password: Use either your National ID / Passport No. or Mobile No. or Telephone No. (Without Spaces) as your initial password.
Access the portal via https://portal.kist.ac.ke. Click on create a new account for the first time access as shown below. Enter your student admission number as captured on the student ID eg DCT/0001/21 as shown below.
- Initial/default password for Module II/Self-sponsored students is what was entered as national ID number when applying online. - Once you update your profile, your password becomes your ID/Passport/Birth certificate number and it will change ONLY when you reset it to a new password.
