Two Point Hospital is made by some of the same people who made Theme Hospital, and it carries much of the same humor, aesthetic and gameplay of TH. I would say TPH is easier than TH but it's still very, very entertaining. Project Hospital is a slightly more realistic/detailed take on things.

I 100% recommend this game if you are looking for a realistic hospital game, the real and accurate medical conditions are one of the main draws but the learning curve is steep at times.

I hear everywhere from Steam/gog reviews and twitch streamers they prefer this over TPH, mainly because it's entirely different feeling game and serious. It needs a bit more work with the user interface, room editing, undo-button, copy+paste features, rotating camera angles etc.
