Two Point Hospital is made by some of the same people who made Theme Hospital, and it carries much of the same humor, aesthetic and gameplay of TH. I would say TPH is easier than TH but it's still very, very entertaining. Project Hospital is a slightly more realistic/detailed take on things.
I'm very interested in this game but the full bundle with the DLC, off sale, is kind of pricey (around $40).
