Youth programs include tutoring and homework help, summer camps for children ages 7-13 years old, internships, and AMP career and mentorship program for youth and young adults ages 14-24 in Franklin County.
The Youth Centers are open to both current DFYF clients receiving counseling or other services and neighborhood youth who register with their parents’ approval. Center activities are provided free of charge to youth, removing any financial barriers for families.
Youth Sports. Youth sports are a great way for children to develop physical, emotional, and social skills while learning about discipline, respect, and teamwork. See what's coming up! KYC offers FREE Drop-in Center programming for youth ages 12-20. During Center Based Program hours, KYC is closed to anyone who is over 20 or under 12 years old. This includes parents, guardians, family, counselors, etc.
