21 cze 2019 · I've been able to successfully play one game from the Xbox Game Pass for PC app thus far. Every other game gives me that File System Error. I am able to install the game, but they will not launch and give me that error, or one ending in 513. I've gotten the latest updates for my PC.
From what I can tell there is some bug in Gaming Services for Windows 11 that has some problem to resume downloads after they are interrupted for some reason. That keeps the Install Queue stuck forever, no matter repair or reinstallation.

After spending several hours today looking for answers, attempting various solutions (from re-installing the Xbox App, Microsoft Store, Windows Game Services, to fixing my registry, luckily hadn't gotten to Windows re-install yet) I finally found the issue and fixed it.
You see the following error code and message when you try to install an Xbox or PC Game Pass game on your Windows device: 0x80073D23. Try signing in again. Apps can't be installed with this account. Try signing out and back in again, or sign in with a different account.
