Firstly all mods that are incompatible are listed in the Steam Description of the mod, which this thread is unnecessary. Secondly, if Primal Fear was loaded in a different load order then moved out of order, all tamed dinos colors will change. Only way to fix that is put the mod back in its original order and restore from a backup.
Primal Fear is a massive dino mod built around PvE ONLY. This mod adds varying tameable tiers of dinos, as well as special boss dinos. Currently, you can tame Toxics, Alpha's, Apex, Fabled, Buffoon, Celestial, Demonic, Elder, and Elemental. The bosses include Primal, Origin, and the Creator.
It will redownload them in steam. If that doesn’t fix it try reinstalling steam. If that doesn’t fix it then it may be problem with your pc. Maybe outdated drivers or something

If you want changes to an existing mod, your best bet is to ask the original author on their Steam page to add configuration options to the mod. The mod author might also have a discord you can join, to talk to them directly.
