You can check your remaining top-up balance by logging into the GO app or MyGO. On the Home page, you will find a card showing the remaining top-up balance. Here you can also view your remaining bundle balances. Alternatively, you can send a blank SMS to 16415.
Once you log into the GO app, if you have a top-up GO mobile number linked to the GO app account, you will find an orange card on the main page with your number’s remaining balance and the “Top up now” button.
