We've gotten hundreds of posts in the last few days of screenshots of scam texts being sent to a group of phone numbers. (And so, so many posters haven't obscured the phone numbers, which means the post gets taken down. 😡)
Main Street Financial and then Premier Lending called me nearly two dozen times a day starting in November until about 3 weeks ago. The ONLY way to get them to stop is to literally call them 50+ times and absolutely annoy the hell out of them until they block your number and take you off the list.

The scam is to send some trivial worthless books once in a while and pretend to be a proper book club whilst actually stealing from old people who might not be on top of every entry in their credit card statement.
A bunch of numbers with the (886) area code keep calling me and claiming to be “Premier BankCard” on the caller ID. I do not have any credit card called that.
