JM’s Polyisocyanurate foam, known as TRYMER® PIR, is a closed-cell, high-performance insulation for use in industrial and commercial applications. TRYMER PIR is manufactured into bunstocks to be fabricated into the appropriate shapes and sizes for pipes, vessels, equipment, and duct applications.

This guideline covers the installation of the Dyplast insulation system chilled water piping, tanks, vessels and equipment. The Dyplast System consists of ISO-C1 Rigid Polyisocyanurate Insulation and zero- or low-perm vapor retarder film/tape, and appropriate jacketing.
Applications. Pipe, tank, and vessel mechanical insulation; panels for refrigeration and freezers; core material for architectural and panelized construction; panel insulation for shipping containers and rail cars; insulated metal panels; flat panels for duct and air plenum insulation.
High Thermal Products. E’NRG’Y 2TM and ISO 1TM are rigid roof insulation pan-els composed of closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core, bonded to universal fiber glass reinforced facers. They are designed for direct application over metal, nailable and non-nailable deck types.
