26 wrz 2024 · I got one of these "Your Microoft order" emails too today. Very well crafted: the formatting is convincing, the product names are real, and the link URLs look like legit Microsoft pages. Took me several minutes of looking before I was confident it was bogus.
A popular tactic of criminals is the "fake order" scam. The way it works is that you get a message, usually in email or text, that appears to be a routine confirmation for an order. Of course, you never ordered whatever product or service it's confirming.

Microsoft 365 is pretty critical for our organization. We use it for email communications (Outlook/Exchange), including secure/encrypted email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory (with a hybrid connection to an on-premise AD/domain controller), and Security.
