4 mar 2022 · You need an older version of Office 365 - the current versions do not install on Windows 7. The version you need is 1912 (Build 12325.20298) - I don't know if it will be offered to you if you log into your account and download it. But you do need to have TLS1.2 enabled first.

6 kwi 2024 · If I understand it correctly this is because the modern version of Office 365 is not compatible with Windows 7. I tried to download the Office using ODT. Office 2013 was downloaded and installed without problems, but it cannot be activated.
