Patched-Sur.dmg is what you need if you’re on Catalina wanting to go to Big Sur. It’s the “pre-install app” so it’s used before you install macOS Big Sur. This app also has the post-install app embedded inside of it so that you don’t need to download anything other than Patched-Sur.dmg.
